U8 Boys Division Information
U8 House Division plays 4 v 4 on a small field (approximately 30x20 yards) with a size 3 ball. In soccer lingo, this is known as a small-sided game.
Game day will consist of three, 13 minute split-squad games with 5 minute breaks in between.
U8 teams practice 2x week for 1 hour. Practice days/times are determined by the volunteer coaches. Games are played on Sundays and scheduled between 12-3pm.
U8 SPRING UPDATE
Our U8 division (boys and girls) will have Monday practices from 5-6pm, location TBD with Celtic travel staff. Coaches of the U8 teams are strongly encouraged to attend these training sessions also as to encourage knowledge and continuity with further training sessions. U8 coaches will choose a 2nd practice day/time, so U8 will continue to have (2) practices per week. As with our practice policy, they are not required to be made up due to weather related cancellations by the Palatine Park District.

U8 Boys Schedule
First number wears green jersey, second number wears silver. Home team (listed first) gets nets out of the box for the first game. Away team puts nets away in field box after the last game.
